Charles Poliquin, nicknamed "Strength Sensei", was a truly unique personality, and his insight and training methods are among the best and most respected to be found in the field of training!

The methods he practiced on his charges for many years were often criticized by the experts, but they produced results. Moreover, many of these methods have even been confirmed by studies after several years of practice!

In recent years Charles has also visited the Czech Republic, where he has given a number of seminars and talks. Two interviews from his visit last year are now recalled.
