Slavoj Bednar at arm training plus plans for 2023 season

Agrezz, Citrulline, Creatin and HMB. This is the pre-workout supplementation of Czech professional bodybuilder Slavoj Bednar, who invites us to his arm training via video.

Slavoj, who is one of the long-term athletes sponsored by Extrifit, had a very successful competition season last year when he managed to take a great fifth place at the 2022 Toronto Pro Supershow, which represented his best result in Jim Manion's IFBB Professional League.

Commenting on his lifetime achievement, the competing Master of Pharmacy said at the time:

Right after the Toronto PRO to share the joy with a man who has a huge part in everything I've done in the last ten years!!
He led me to my first and second Mr. Universe, he helped me to win a pro card to the American IFBB PRO League and most importantly, together even in the highest bodybuilding league we can still rise step by step!
This year we take the first final place overseas as a great success and motivation for another year of hard work!

So below we bring you the training video announced in the beginning of this article, in which Slavoj takes us to his arm training and we also find out what his competition plans are.

The first competition of this season is the Brazil Pro, which will take place in mid-April, but participation in this event will depend on the form he has during March. It is therefore not a priority. The goal is to compete, as he did last season, at the New York Pro in May and then, 14 days later, again at the Toronto Pro. There is also another event under consideration, the Puerto Rico Pro.

However, as Slavoj notes, not all events have been announced yet, so plans may still be finalized. However, as he adds, the above competitions form the basic skeleton of where he would like to show up.

He'll also mention how tough qualifying for Olympia will be this season, that the league is really packed, and he'll end by showing us his post-workout supplementation, which consists of HERO amino 50.
