Shawn Rhoden, Cedric McMillan, James Lewis and Antoine Vaillant - weekend exhibitions

IFBB Professional Jim Minion League representatives Shawn Rhoden, Cedric McMillan, James "Flex" Lewis and Antoine Vaillant were all in competition swimsuits for their exhibition performances this past weekend.

At the time, the trio of Shawn Rhoden, Cedric McMillan and James "Flex" Lewis were just 7 weeks away from their participation in Olympia Weekend, where Shawn and Cedric would battle it out on the Mr. Olympia stage, while James Lewis would attempt his seventh and final triumph at the Olympia 212 Showdown.

Shawn Rhoden finished "all the way" fifth at Mr. Olympia last year (he even finished second in 2016!), securing his direct qualification for the upcoming event. There he will surely try to fight his way to higher positions again.

Shawn competed in the 2018 NPC Missouri State Amateur Championships on Saturday, July 28, which is where the attached video below comes from.

Early in his professional career,Cedric McMillan was one of those who was talked about as an up and coming champion. Unfortunately, however, things have been going rather downhill for him as he has struggled to offer an optimal finishing touch.

Despite this, he managed to dominate the San Marino Pro competition at the end of last season, and thus directly qualify for Mr. Olympia.

Check out, thanks to the attached video below, his exhibition performance on Saturday, July 28, at the 2018 Celaya Classic amateur competition.

Six-time Olympia 212 Showdown winner James "Flex" Lewis was in quite the action this past weekend. First, he made an exhibition appearance at the 2018 NPC North East Championships, then he trained at the Bev Francis Powerhouse Gym, and even met up with "The Rock", i.e. Dwayne Johnson.
All of this is documented in the video you can watch below.

Canadian pro Antoine Vaillant made his competitive comeback this year, taking the stage after a five-year hiatus.

He did quite well at the 2018 Toronto Pro Supershow, taking home a valuable fourth place from the podium. However, he didn't make any more competitive starts, and instead opted for a longer volume training session, which he hopes to ramp up during the 2019 season.

The attached video below captures him during an exhibition performance at the 2018 Sask Classic Canadian Amateur.
