Shaun Clarida has shared his medical condition, is he okay?
Author: Over the past year, many events have happened in bodybuilding that have shocked the world. One of them was that Shaun Clarida competed for the first time in the open division at the Legion Sports Fest Pro 2021, which he dominated and qualified for Mr. Olympia 2022. However, Clarida is also qualified for Olympia in the 212lb category, so the question comes up as to which division this great competitor will prefer. However, Shaun would like to feature in both classes and so it will be very interesting to see if the organisers oblige Clarida.

After the fall racing, Shaun took some time off to allow his body to fully rest and recover at least for a little while. Before the New Year, Clarida posted his health results on his social media and explained to fans where he was in his preparation.
Since my last show in October, I haven't pushed myself to do anything (food, training, supplementation, etc) to clean up my body and eventually give it a break to rest and recover. During this time I had blood work done and checked my heart (EKG, calcium score). I was happy to hear that all my levels (BP, cholesterol, organs, etc) were fine and my cardiac CT score was 0. For those who have never gotten a calcium core, 0 is perfect. The heart arteries are smaller and the chances of heart disease and heart attack are minimal. Now that the body is fully rested, recovered and all is well, we are starting to move towards the 2022 Olympics." wrote Shaun in the caption to his post.
