Sadik Hadzovic returns to the scene this year!
Author: Every athlete needs a racing break from time to time to rest and regain strength for the next professional activity. One of the top bodybuilders in the open division, Patrick Moore, has taken a year off, after which he intends to move into the classic physique division. Among Patrick's competitors will be Sadik Hadzovic, who is returning to the scene after a two-year hiatus. Hadzovic made his last appearance at the 2019 Arnold Men's Physique, where he took sixth place.
Since then, Sadik has taken a sabbatical to improve his weaknesses and recharge his racing spirit. As it stands, this world-class racer is back and we can expect him to participate in the 2022 New York Pro in May. After hyping up fans of his possible return, Hadzovic shared his brutal training video on social media.
"A lot of guys in the gym don't train triceps the same way they train biceps! You can work your arms much faster if you train each triceps head individually. This way you minimize the risk of overdeveloping one head at the cost of stopping the growth of another. That's why you need a triceps breaking workout like mine that targets every part of your arms equally." wrote Sadik under his post.
