Ronnie Coleman still believes that one day he will get his mobility back!

Ronnie Coleman is a former professional American bodybuilder and holder of eight consecutive Mr. Olympia titles. He is 180 cm tall and weighed 140 kg at the time of the competitions, and up to around 150 kg outside of competition. He has visited places such as Brazil, Austria, China and Australia, but has made his name most in the USA, where he has filmed three training videos: The Unbelievable, The Cost of Redemption, and On the Road. In these videos, he gives tips for advanced weightlifting, but warns against overexertion and improper form. When working out, Coleman prefers free weights over machines to maximize flexibility and range of motion. In 2011, Ronnie Coleman began selling sports nutrition to bodybuilders and other athletes.

Unfortunately, his health was affected by his all-too-familiar workout style where he was pulling incredible weights and other bodybuilders didn't understand how he could be so strong. Now at 58 he walks on crutches and has very poor mobility. However, in recent days a post has appeared on his social media that Ronnie has arranged visits to a hyperbaric chamber which he says should help him.

Yeah Buddy finally got a chance to visit the hyperbaric chamber and it's really an experience. One day I'll get my mobility back. Perseverance is the key to success and those who give up never win! As long as I don't give up, I really have a chance. This chamber combined with 300 million stem cells gives me the best chance ever. I love it when everything goes according to plan. When we watch a good movie, time goes by really fast. Our sessions are only an hour long, but watching a good movie feels like 15-20 minutes. #yeahbuddy
