Ronnie Coleman is still working out in his gym!
One of bodybuilding's greatest legends, Ronnie Coleman, has been able to return to his gym again thanks to stem cell treatment. His training may not be as intense as it was in his youth, but considering how many surgeries Ronnie has had and the problems he has had with his musculoskeletal system, it is almost a miracle that he has been able to return to the gym.

"It's going quite well. I exercise six days a week now, about an hour, hour and a half a day, but I think it's because of the stem cell treatment. I've got a lot more energy than I used to have. So I've gained about 30 lbs. I went from 255 pounds to 285 pounds. I had to weigh myself about ten times to be sure. It's been a long time since I was that heavy.
I'm starting to get back to normal a little bit. It's been a while since I've had surgery. You know, I've had thirteen surgeries in the last five years, and I've even had three in one year. So I've always been in the hospital for a while. I had my last one in 2020.
I can train all the time now, almost for two years straight. Stem cells seem to have really helped me. I used to be in a lot of pain, which is much less now." Mentioned Coleman in an interview
And just recently, Coleman posted a video on his social media of him working out again.
