Rich Froning wins his tenth CrossFit Games title!

Every sport has at least one athlete who is considered the best in the history of that sport. In CrossFit, there is no one who can match Rich Froning in these aspects, as this man was on the podium before the sport became famous. With each passing year, Rich got better.

In between impressive performances at the recent 2022 NOBULL CrossFit Games, when Tia-Clair Toomey became the most successful individual athlete with six titles, Rich Froning also notched up a milestone of his own. He won the teams division for the sixth time with his CrossFit Mayhem team. As a result, Rich Froning holds ten CrossFit Games titles, including four Fittest Man On Earth titles and six Fittest Team On Earth titles.

In the last 12 years, Rich Froning has never finished worse than second. Two years ago Rich only missed one year because teams were cancelled that year. However, if he had been able to race, I'm sure we wouldn't be writing about ten titles today, but eleven!
