Pavel Vacek is in preparation for the 2022 World Masters Bodybuilding Championships!

From 3 to 7 November, the International IFBB Masters Men's World Bodybuilding Championships will take place in Santa Susanna, Spain. On the stage of this competition will be a large Czech team, which will include Pavel Vacek, silver medalist from 2019.

Pavel Vacek certainly needs no introduction. First of all, he has been on the competition stage since he was 15, i.e. for quite a few years, and it should be noted that he has been very successful; secondly, he has been one of the main faces of Extrifit almost from the beginning, where he has been the PR manager for some time.

Very often he is behind the camera to document training sessions or interviews with other team members such as Vojta Koritenský, Honza Turek, Slavoj Bednář, Karlos "Terminator" Vémola or Kristýna Seidlová.

Although Pavel is quite well known, let's recall some of his greatest achievements so far.

• 1st place at Czech NABBA Championship 2008
• 2nd place at NABBA World Championship 2008
• 3rd place at Mr. Universe NABBA 2009
• 4th place at the IFBB World Masters Championship 2017
• 2nd place at the IFBB World Masters Championship 2019
• 1st place at the IFBB Diamond Cup Prague in the Masters category 2019
• 2nd place at the IFBB European Masters Championships Spain 2021
• Absolute winner of the Extrifit Cup 2021

Pavel considers the highlight of his career so far to be his bronze from Mr. Universe NABBA. But if it is purely about the biggest success in the IFBB federation, then it is clearly the silver from the 2019 World Masters Championship. And it is this success that he would like to follow up this year.
