The Truth About Seasonal Menus| Beach form without nonsense
With the arrival of spring and summer, every year the carousel of "lighter diets", detoxes and seasonal recommendations starts again. The body supposedly needs more fat in the winter, to lighten up in the spring and to eat mostly cold salads in the summer. Sounds logical - but does it really work that way in terms of fitness and form? In this article, we'll look at what makes sense from seasonal eating, what's more of a relic, and how to get in shape without blindly following nutrition trend(s) according to the calendar.
And what about that famous beach form?
Targeting fitness just for a few weeks by the water doesn't make sense if you're after a healthy, functional and sustainable body. Not just for the sake of your appearance at the pool, but for energy, health and confidence in every season.

Seasonal eating can make sense - if you see it as a way to eat fresh and natural foods, not as an obligation to eat only salad in the summer and sirloin in the winter. Likewise, beach form doesn't have to be a goal you chase every spring in a stressful rush, but just a pleasant side effect of a year-round, sensible approach to diet and exercise.
It's not about following the exact rules of the seasons, but understanding your body and what really works for it at different times. Form that lasts doesn't start in April - it starts in your head.
