NaberSvaly Amateur Strongman Challenge 2018

Only the last few dozen days remain until the start of the long-awaited NS Prague Fitness EXPO 2018.

This year's edition, which will take place on 2-3 June 2018 at the premises of the Prague PVA EXPO Letňany, will be exceptional in many ways and promises a great show for all visitors.

One of the biggest attractions is undoubtedly the AMATEUR STRONGMAN CHALLENGE with an unprecedented PRIZE MONEY in the total amount of 80 000,-- CZK!

Wondering what will be competing in? How to enter? How much can you win? What is the best way to prepare? So sit back and get reading.

And if you haven't booked your entry number yet, then register quickly. Entries are disappearing by the day and we are down to the LAST 30 entries !

What will you be competing in?

There will be four categories of racing. Women, under 19 years old, men up to 90 kg and men over 90 kg. We believe we can all look forward to a fantastic spectacle, extreme hard work and a hell of an atmosphere.

1) The first discipline will be everyone's favourite BENCH PRESS! We'll get things started right from the floor. It will be a maximum number of reps in 40 seconds. The women will be 40kg, the youth will be 90kg, the men under 90kg will be 110kg and the men over 90kg will have 130kg on the barbell.

2) Moving on. The second discipline will be the DEAD PULL. Again, maximum reps in 40 seconds. Women 70kg, youth 150kg, men up to 90kg will lift 200kg and strongmen over 90kg will have 220kg on the barbell. ATTENTION! Reps will be counted from the deadlift point. Always put the barbell down and start again.

3) The third discipline will be a combination of the popular SUPER YOKE + FARMER'S WALK. You will walk 15 meters with a nice weight on your back and as a reward you will be given two heavy "suitcases" to carry you back. Isn't that a great reward?

4) Discipline number 4 will be brutal. You will have 1 minute to do 1 LOGLIFT, OLYMPIC AXIS AND ONE-HANDED RUN. You will only do one rep with each. The stronger will survive.

5) The last discipline has been prepared for you by PUNI personally. It will be a BARREL CARRYING at a distance of 15 meters and a DREAM PULLING also at a distance of 15 meters. Whoever can do this, wins.

There. You know the disciplines. You already know it's going to be a massacre. Let's find out together what the REWARD is for this hard work and what the winner will and will not miss!

This year's winners will take home PRIZE MONEY, which is unprecedented in Czech amateur competitions. The total amount of prize money for the winners of the Amateur Strongman Challenge is 80 000,- CZK. So there is definitely something to fight for! Do you want to show others that your workouts are the hardest? Now is your chance.
