Juan Morel and Max Charles - weekend exhibition

The weekend before last, Teaneck, USA hosted the NPC Steve Stone Metropolitan Championships amateur competition, which was enriched by the performance of professional bodybuilders Juan Morel and Max Charles.

Juan Morel last appeared on the competition podium last year, when thanks to the points he accumulated in the qualifying ranking he was able to participate in Mr. Olympia 2017. However, he didn't take part in that spectacular event, saying that he would give himself a longer volume training in order to be bigger and in better shape on the competition podium this year.

He plans to make his first start of this season at the New York Pro, where his opponents will include Jonathan Delarosa and our Milan Šádek.

The second of the fighters, Max Charles, has already competed this year, at the Arnold Classic. There, however, he did not make a significant contribution to the results list, and finished 13th.

Below you can see what kind of spectacle the pair prepared for the spectators via the attached video.
