Josef Květoň at New York Pro 2023 2/3 | Training at Bev Francis Powerhouse Gym | FITNESS LIFE VLOG

We bring you another video from this year's New York PRO, where Czech riders Josef Květoň and Slavoj Bednář represented the Czech Republic. In the previous episode, you could see how the trip looked like and now we have another part for you, where we went with the whole expedition to Long Island to Bev Francis Power House Gym. The locals call this gym "EAST COAST MECCA", owned and operated by Steve Weinberger and bodybuilding legend Bev Francis, who among other things are involved in the New York PRO competition.

Thanks to Joseph Adlt's connections, we arranged to have Steve Weinberger directly check out Pep's posing and then did a quick workout. You'll meet some really familiar names at this gym, and coincidentally, we went to see the filming of a vlog by Samson Dauda, who is traveling the world teaching posing. It didn't take long for Samson to ask Pepa to strip as well and of course we couldn't refuse. Unfortunately at the moment it was forbidden to film, due to their content, so at least I pretended to take pictures on my mobile and managed to film a little something for you! However, the next person we came across was Big Ramy, who was also practicing and filming something here, so the phrase "No camera" was ringing in my ears for quite a while after this day, but at least we got a photo with him. Enough chatting and watch this video and come experience this incredible experience with us.
