Joint training and seminar about Olympia 2022 with Patrik Herčzik

We have a vlog for you from a recent event, when Patrik Herčzík came to České Budějovice, who was the first Czech to get to Olympia in the Classic Physique category. We planned the event for a couple of people so that it was more of a friendship style, where anyone could ask Patrik anything and then they could work out together. Patrik talked about his beginnings and then about the whole Olympia 2022 event in Las Vegas, when a lot of mischief occurred and he also told a lot of stories that hadn't been mentioned yet.

Then they split into pairs for the workout and went to the locker room to mix up the kickers and intra workouts to make it fly. A lot of people stuck to their training plan and therefore did their own thing outside of Patrick's guidance, but a strong core remained and so in pairs we decided to practice the same thing right near each other and check or motivate each other.
