Jennifer Dorie goes for another Olympia title!

Jennifer Dorie is looking to defend her title this year at the Olympia, which will take place December 16-18, 2022. Jennifer won the title for the first time last year, making her the new face of the women's division. She then commented on the event on social media as follows:

What an honor to represent @ifbb_pro_league and the bikini division, I am so grateful, overjoyed and excited to have this dream come true and to be an ambassador representing this division. Congratulations to all the athletes this year and to the entire @mrolympiallc team and @ifbb_pro_league for putting on such an incredible show for us athletes.

Jennifer knows that many fans follow her on social media, so she tries to post all sorts of tips that can help improve all sorts of shortcomings. One such tip is a recent video in which she showed a back and hamstring workout.
