Jamie Christian-Johal is up to a bulky 152 kg and wants to go even further!

Jamie Christian-Johal entered the Jim Manion IFBB Professional League in 2018 when he dominated the Ben Weider WorldWide Classic UK amateur competition.

He made his professional debut two years later at the 2020 Europa Pro, where he placed 9th. When he then managed to take a great 4th place in front of a home crowd at the 2020 British Grand Prix, he was predicted to have a great future.

However, he failed to live up to his potential during last season, finishing 9th at the Wings of Strength Puerto Rico Pro and 8th in front of a home crowd at the inaugural Arnold Classic UK.

Even he himself was not satisfied with his results, so, like Samson Dauda or Regan Grimes, he started working with coach and former top professional Milos Sarchev!

This collaboration is already bearing fruit as Jamie has posted his current form, with his weight now above the respectable 152 kilograms! As he goes on to add, the volume is far from over as he plans to get up to the 160 kilogram mark! It must be added, however, that Jamie has grown to a height of 195 centimetres, and thus the weight load is not as noticeable compared to shorter fighters such as two-time Mr. Olympia title holder Mamdouh Elssbiay.
