Interview with Filip Šteflovič about his career and the planned Fitness Weekend 2023 event in Brno

We bring you an exclusive interview with Filip Šteflovič, a professional competitor, coach, mentor and entrepreneur who decided to take advantage of his experience and lead a whole team of competitors under him to found a company for a box diet Fresh Boxes and to make matters worse, he started organizing an event called Fitness Weekend in Brno, where he tries to take bodybuilding competitions to another level. We discussed with Filip his racing career, how his SF7 team actually works, where he leads a lot of successful competitors and then we discussed his vision in organizing the planned event. "I've been involved in sport since I was a young child. I have played youth soccer at a high level for a large part of my life.
I have been in the fitness industry for over 10 years, competitively for 6 years.
My experience to date is something I strive to spread and pass on, while also motivating and showing that anything we have in our minds can be achieved.
I am always looking to grow in my field. In the last few years, especially on the mental side (psychology).
Thanks to this I can understand the feelings and needs of many people."

• 3rd place EVLS Prague PRO
• Double Czech champion in Men's Physique category
• Vice Champion of the Czech Republic in junior classical bodybuilding
