Indy Pro 2018 - results
On the last day of March, Saturday, March 31, the American city of Indianapolis became the venue of the first ever professional bodybuilding competition called Indy Pro.
Both male categories, i.e. both representatives of heavyweights in the OPEN category and their lighter colleagues from the division up to 212 pounds, gathered on its stage. How did representatives from both of these camps fare? That's the subject of the next few lines.
Indy Pro in OPEN bodybuilding
The OPEN bodybuilding division featured a total of nineteen heavyweights, with Steve Kuclo being the biggest favorite to win. However, other fighters such as Luis Rodriguez, Luke Sandoe and Iain Valliere could not be forgotten.
All three of them, together with the pair of Roman Fritz and Charles Griffen, stood in front of the judges in the first semi-final call.
In the end, the victory went to Steve Kuclo, who offered not only a symmetrical figure but also a very good final readiness. His muscles were full, hard, and very well separated.
Second place went to Charles Griffen. He also offered very good volumes, but only upper body. The lower one was more subtle.
The Briton Luke Sandoe, whose physique gives a complex impression with no major weaknesses, took a very respectable third place here, following his success at the Arnold Classic Australia, where he finished sixth.
Fourth place went to Iain Valliere. He took two seasons off to focus on volume training. He managed to put on nearly ten kilos of muscle while maintaining a symmetrical physique. His final readiness was also excellent.
Luis Rodriguez was still in the top 5 but was not saved by the best arms across the field. He was very far behind his rivals in terms of final readiness.

Indy Pro in bodybuilding up to 212 pounds
The starting field of the 212 lbs. division consisted of eighteen fighters, among whom Charles Dixon, who had a very good finish at the recent Arnold Classic, was a hot candidate for the triumph.
In the end,Charles Dixon really dominated the competition, despite the fact that he arrived in worse shape than he was in Columbus. On the other hand, he offered even greater volumes, which already seems unreal.
Second place went to Jacob Wilson, who impressed with his excellent final preparation. In terms of volumes, of course, he is behind the winner, but even so, if he had dominated the whole competition, few would have been against him.
A great result in the form of third place was achieved by Silvio Samuel. He put on his competition swimsuit after a seven-year hiatus. A great physique, excellent separation and fullness of muscles, perfect presentation on the stage are the main assets of this fighter, who spent five years behind bars.
Ahmed Wardany won the fourth place, while Ahmad Ahmad finished fifth.
