Honza Turek on volume training of legs in HARDCORE GYM Kozlovice

We already know the HARDCORE GYM gym, which is located in Moravia, more precisely in Kozlovice, very well. The Czech professional bodybuilder Honza Turek did some of his training there.

He will also visit the gym in preparation for the 2022 competition season, and has already done so. The new member of the Extrifit team has given his lower limbs a workout here, as we can see in the following video.

And it wouldn't even be Honza without showing us again how he approaches diet and supplementation.
