Honza Turek at shoulder and triceps training in HARDCORE GYM Kozlovice
Author: On October 10, Honza Turek became a professional bodybuilder in Jim Manion's IFBB Professional League thanks to his absolute triumph at the NPC Worldwide European Championships 2020, which took place in Alicante, Spain.
The very next day, Sunday 12 October, he made his debut among the elite at the Europa Pro Championships 2020, where he won a great 8th place in the competition of three other Czech competitors - Lukáš Osladil, Milan Šádek and Slavoj Bednář!
Since then he has been immersed in volume training for the next competition season. In recent days we offered you for example his video from the back training that took place in HARDCORE GYM in Kozlovice.
Today we offer you another video that was made in this classic Chinese restaurant. This time Honza focused on his shoulders and triceps.
