Honza Turek - last leg and back training before Bigman Weekend Pro 2021
Author: Honza Turek will take the stage at the Bigman Weekend Pro 2021, hosted by Alicante, Spain, this Sunday, November 28. This city is one of Honza's favourite regions, as it was here that he headed to Jim Manion's IFBB Professional League last year, when he managed to dominate the NPC Worldwide European Championships 2020 amateur competition.
He put his pro card to good use the very next day, taking a respectable 8th place at the 2020 Europa Pro.
This year, Honza stood on the competition podium three times in total, at Mr. Big Evolution Pro 2021, where he finished 14th, at EVLS Prague Pro 2021, where he won a very respectable 6th place, and at Wings of Strength Romania Muscle Fest Pro 2021, where he took 16th place.
Although it looked like he was going to finish this year's competition season, it didn't happen and he will be competing in Alicante this coming weekend.
And as you know from us, just before this start, Honza has become a new member of the Extrifit team.
You can watch his latest pair of videos below. The first one shows him during his last leg training before the competition and his departure to Spain, the second one was made in Alicante, and you can see Honza in it during morning cardio and afternoon back training. Both videos will of course be supplemented with diet and supplementation.
