Honza Turek has started his preparation for the home professional show EVLS Prague Pro 2021!
Author: Czech professional bodybuilder Honza Turek recently stood on the podium at the Mr. Big Evolution Pro 2021 competition, where he didn't quite do as well as he would have liked, unfortunately not making it into the top 10. However, he is not hanging his head about it, he is taking the loss as motivation for his next preparation, which he has just started!
As you already know from us, compared to his original plans, when he wanted to participate in the Europa Pro 2021, he is now directing his preparation in front of his home crowd, at the EVLS Prague Pro 2021.
The reason, as he revealed in a previous video, is because he is expecting his second son!
You can watch another of his training videos below. Honza is now staying at home in Moravia, where he attends the local Hard Core Gym Kozlovice. And it was there that he created some footage of his chest, shoulder and abdominal training, which you can now watch.
