Honza Turek about his competitive start in Portugal, plus plans for the future

On the weekend of 17-18 July in Portugal took place the competition of professional bodybuilders of the IFBB Professional League Jim Manion Mr. Big Evolution Pro 2021, on the podium of which stood also our professional, representative of the Open category, Honza Turek.

He, as you know from our report, unfortunately did not make it to the Top 10 and finished 14th.

3 days after the competition he made a video in which he evaluates his first start this year. If anyone thought he was taking his placing as a disappointment, believe me, it is not! Honza treats his defeat as something that will make him stronger, and he pushes on! He doesn't need to complain about the judges' decisions and cry, so to speak!

And what are his plans for the next part of the season? Originally, the plan was to prepare for the Europa Pro 2021, which will take place in Spain on August 15. But that has been scrapped as they are expecting the arrival of another offspring at home, and as Honza himself says,

There is nothing more important, no competition, no Mr. Olympia, than to be there for the birth of another son!

However, we will see him on stage again this season, on November 6. Honza has decided to appear in front of his home crowd at the EVLS Prague Pro 2021!
