Honza Turek at back training in HARDCORE GYM Kozlovice
Author: Honza Turek is quite young, yet very promising Czech professional bodybuilder. He started his pro career in the IFBB Elite Pro federation, but ended his career this autumn after his triumph in front of his home crowd at the IFBB Elite Pro Prague 2020.
His next steps were to the NPC federation, from where he could then move to Jim Manion's IFBB Professional League, the federation in which he competes in the most prestigious competition in the world, the Mr. Olympia!
His first NPC start, which took place on October 10 at the NPC Worldwide European Championships 2020, turned into two triumphs, both in his category over 102 kilograms and in the battle for the overall winner! This feat earned him the right to head to Jim Manion's IFBB Professional League!
He then made his debut among the elite the very next day, at the 2020 Europa Pro Championships, where he won a great 8th place!
Below we offer you to watch another of Honza's training videos. This time he focused on his airport in the form of his back muscles, at HARDCORE GYM in Kozlovice. As you can see from the video, it is a classic Chinese gym full of iron, the dream of most fans of really hard training!
