Four-time Men's Physique Olympia winner Jeremy Buendia trains with electrical stimulation!
From 2014 to 2017, the Men's Physique Olympia competition was dominated by one man, Jeremy Buendia. He is the only four-time winner of this competition so far.

However, Brandon Hendrickson, who dominated this competition in 2018, 2020 and 2021, is breathing down his neck.
Brandon is preparing for this year's event with one goal in mind, which is to win for the fourth time and to catch Buendia, who was mentioned in the introduction.
It was Buendia who announced his return to the competition stage this year, and it seemed that he would be fighting for his fifth triumph from the spectacular show in December.
However, as he recently announced, his comeback will not take place this season! He wants to return, and in style, but not until Olympia Weekend 2023! It is there that he will be aiming to take back the Men's Physique category win, and claim his fifth Olympia triumph.
Jeremy's goal for his current volume training is to reach 220 pounds, or 100 kilograms. His scale currently shows him at 212 pounds, or 96 kilograms. He is therefore about 4 kilograms away from reaching his target weight, even though it is the highest weight he has ever achieved.
His other efforts are then directed towards eliminating the visible consequence of the pectoral muscle injury. And it seems the recipe is in the world.
Jeremy recently visited the Armbrust Pro Gym in Denver, Colorado, where he met with his trainer, Allen "Watty" Watkins, and trainer Heather Grace. And it was she who "set him up" with a chest workout using electrical stimulation.
It helps to stimulate the active fibers in his pectoral muscles, exposing weaknesses. As Jeremy himself adds:
This exercise was intense, painful and a complete shock to my mind and body!
Can Jeremy really achieve symmetry of the pectoral muscles with the help of this stimulation? Will it help him fight for his fifth title at Men's Physique Olympia 2023? These are questions that we will have to wait another year to answer. It is quite likely then that two fighters will fight for a fifth victory at the aforementioned event, namely Jeremy Buendia and Brandon Hendricksonn, mentioned several times in today's article.
