Fitness sluts and the risk of social networking

I like to look at a pretty female body (like any guy) or I like to watch the progress of girls who really work out in the gym, but it has to have a little bit of elegance or you have to see a lot of work on your own body. Lately though, it seems to have degenerated more into soft porn and it doesn't have much to do with fitness anymore or am I wrong? Of course, everyone sees it differently, the article doesn't want to moralise anyone, but we will take a look at the possible risks that social networks hide.

I was hesitant to post the article at first so as not to offend anyone, but in my opinion a good and interesting topic for discussion. Of course, this does not apply to all fitness girls performing on the internet, but only to a certain group.

Girls, you don't have to admit it, but it's a trap that is very easy to get caught in. Don't be one of the ones that it can happen to. In fact, there are very few ways to avoid it if you spend most of your time on social media. In fact, your favorite "fitness slut" will measure your progress (in the gym and in life) by the number of favorites, likes and positive comments she gets. It's the same as when you start going to the gym. Praise becomes a crutch for survival or at least gives you confidence.

Regardless of any tangible results and the effectiveness of her current fitness program, the pleased and popular fitness slut only cares about the amount of comments under her "you look great, bro" photo from their Facebook and Instagram friends sitting at home on their asses.

It seems that women are becoming more often addicted to attention and soon find that the less clothes they wear, the more they will be liked. What starts as a nice confidence boost at the gym eventually turns into "how high can I get my ass in the air?" and "how naked can I be before I post a picture on my account?" Yes, you're sexy, but in what way. Try to be more classy and show real progress.Besides, your self worth shouldn't depend on how many 15 year old boys follow you on Instagram.

The other problem is that lots of likes and attention will give everyone a false sense of accomplishment and can lead to a lack and fog of progress. Why? Because only your non-exercising friends are amazed at how great you look, but you can't fool the experienced crafters who work out more than they take pictures! But your goal in life isn't to impress those who are building up that max beer belly and drooling at the screen right? Also remember that photography doesn't require such a noticeable change in physique. All it takes is the right lighting, the right clothes, the right photo manipulation and the right kind of desperation to spend a few hours getting into the perfect position.

Conclusion

If your Instagram body is more important to you than your real body, your priorities are completely wrong. Make sure you spend more time under the iron than in front of the camera lens.
