Vojta Koritenský tore his quadriceps femoris!

The great Czech bodybuilder Vojta Koritenský, a member of the Extrifit team and owner of two Extrifit Gyms in Hradec Králové, was recently seriously injured. He posted on his Instagram today that he tore his quadriceps femoris!

On Tuesday I was carrying a heavy box of stuff down the stairs and at the second to last one I stepped into the void and it tore my quadriceps femoris.

The quadriceps femoris, also known as the quadriceps femoris, is a large muscle on the front of the thigh. It consists of four muscles: the rectus femoris, vastus lateralis, vastus medialis and vastus intermedius. These muscles join to form a common tendon that attaches to the patella. The patella then attaches to the tibia.

The quadriceps femoris is responsible for knee extension. This means that it helps with leg extension at the knee. The quadriceps femoris is also responsible for hip extension. This means that it helps with the elevation of the leg at the hip.
