Slovak monster in volume! Križo attacks 140 kg and his arms measure an incredible 60 cm

When you say "best arm in the current IFBB Pro League", the name Michal Krizanek comes up more and more often. The Slovakian giant, who has earned nicknames like Golem or Monster for his appearance, has been showing off his current form to his fans on social media. And the numbers are truly frightening.

The weight goes up, the quality stays the same.

Križo confirmed that he has reached the 140 kilogram mark in his current out-of-competition training. But what is most impressive about this weight is not the number itself, but the visuals. Even at such an extreme weight, Krizanek maintains solid definition and shape, which only confirms his exceptional genetics.

While most bodybuilders lose detail in "bulk," the Slovakian pro looks like he could step on stage in a flash after shedding a few pounds of water.

60 centimetres across the biceps

The most discussed part, however, is undoubtedly his arms. The circumference of his biceps now reaches the magic 60 centimetres. That's a dimension that doesn't have many competitors in the history of bodybuilding.

Krizanek himself is aware of his strengths. In the past, he has not been afraid of comparisons with even the biggest names on the scene and has noted with self-deprecating humour that, unlike some shorter competitors (such as Nick Walker), he has these volumes at over 180 cm tall, which makes the overall impression much more monstrous.

What's next?

Michal Križánek has had successful starts at Mr. Olympia and his goal remains to break into the absolute top, i.e. top 6 or top 5 in the world. If he manages to improve this brutal bulk and bring his proverbial hardness to the podium, his opponents have a lot to look forward to in the upcoming season.

While the world speculates about the limits of the human body, Križo is pushing them again in the gym.
