Slavoj Bednar crushes his chest under Tomas Bures at Chicago Pro 2025

Czech professional bodybuilder Slavoj Bednar is currently in preparation for the Chicago Pro summer show, which will take place in Rosemont, USA, from 17th to 19th July.

For the Extrifit team member, this is the twenty-ninth competitive season without a break. In short, Slavoj hasn't missed a single competitive season since his first competitive start, and next year he will "celebrate" his milestone!

But back to Chicago Pro 2025. Six weeks separated Slavoj from the aforementioned competition at the time the video below was made. In it, the Doctor of Pharmacy is training his pectoral muscles under the supervision of the top and highly respected Tomas Bures.

Everything is going well so far, but the real hell is yet to come. As Slavoj himself says:

"It will come from one day to the next. The body has some reserve, which it will still give to you in peace, when it is still in the comfort zone, when you are wearing some kind of spike, which the body will give to you without any problem. But then it gets to the stage where you get to like 7% fat, and your body says hey, I'm not just going to give you that anymore, for free. And then there's that classic bodybuilding, and that preparation for competitions, where you're getting up every morning thinking, "This is a mission!"
