Should Nick Walker win the Pittsburgh Pro 2025? Lee Priest disputes the results!

The recent results of the Pittsburgh Pro 2025 bodybuilding contest have sparked a wave of controversy and the legendary Lee Priest hasn't hesitated to share his opinion, adding fuel to the fire. According to Priest, the winning trophy should have gone to Nick Walker, who he said showed his best form yet.

Priest's point of view

Lee Priest, known for his honesty, argued that the judges should award the bodybuilder who had shown the most significant improvement since the last competition. In Nick Walker's case, he highlighted his impressive arms, muscle separation and overall preparedness, which Priest said put him in first place.

Despite Priest's observations and the support of a portion of the fan base, Derek Lunsford was the winner of the Pittsburgh Pro 2025. The fight was extremely close as Lunsford and Walker scored the same number of points, leading to a thrilling additional comparison (tiebreaker). The head judge eventually sided with Lunsford for the win, citing Walker's slight softness in form in the final round as a key factor.

Responses in the bodybuilding community

The results immediately sparked debate across the bodybuilding scene. Lee Priest's opinion was joined by other big names like Rich Gaspari and Dorian Yates, who also saw Walker as a deserving winner. Conversely, Bob Cicherillo defended Lunsford's victory, pointing out his fewer weaknesses. Jay Cutler and Milos Sarcev also dissected the debate, confirming that many fans favored Walker.

Walker's Form

Although the victory eluded Nick Walker, his "freaky" mass and muscle separation did not go unnoticed. Walker will now focus on the upcoming New York Pro 2025 competition, where he will attempt to secure qualification for the prestigious Mr. Olympia. Lee Priest is already predicting an interesting storyline at Olympia, where Walker could be looking for "redemption" in a fight with Lunsford.
