Sergio Oliva Jr. is still in great shape!

Sergio Oliva Jr. is the son of bodybuilding legend and three-time Mr. Olympia winner Sergio Oliva, who once competed intensely with Arnold Schwarzenegger. Given that his late father was an all-time great, expectations for Sergio remain high.

Sergio Oliva Jr's last bodybuilding competition was in 2021 at the Legion Sports Fest Pro, where he finished third behind Canadian Regan Grimes and reigning two-time 212 Olympia winner Shaun Clarida. He's stayed on the sidelines since then and recently joined former 212 king Flex Lewis for a candid conversation about his bodybuilding potential. Oliva Jr. hasn't given up on the possibility of getting Sandow and believes that with proper preparation he could claim the Olympia title before he retires.

In a recent Instagram post, Oliva Jr. showed off his current form at 298 lbs (136 kg). Many speculated that Sergio would likely compete in the South American Arnold Classic show that took place April 14-16, but he ultimately did not compete. By all accounts so far, Oliva Jr. should be on the podium at the Musclecontest California Pro.
