Sulek's workout routine consists of a large amount of cardio exercises and weight training. After Ronnie Coleman watched some of Sam Sulek's videos, he shares his reactions to his bigger lifts. Sam Sulek starts the video with various poses in front of the mirror before he gets into triceps rope exercises.

"Yeah, dude! Here we go. Here comes another stacked guy. The guy's pumped up, like everybody else. Here we go, Sam. Show me something.

All right, let's see. He's working his triceps. Looks good, Sam. You look good, buddy. Yeah, that's what I'm talking about!

At the end of the video, Sam Sulek poses in front of the mirror and shows his muscles. Coleman comments on his physique and what he thinks he needs to improve.

He looks pretty good, pretty pumped up. Once he tweaks his form and gets some streak going, he'll be unstoppable. His hands will round out a bit.

If he gets a spike in his biceps, it'll be... Yeah damn good."

Asked if he believes Sulek is a natural, Coleman chuckled before answering. He then turned directly to Sulek, asking him to get in touch so they could connect for a meal and possible training.

"Oh come on! There's nothing natural about him, except for that cap he's wearing."

"How about you and I get together, have a meal, and maybe work out. Call your big Ron and let's do it. Yeah, man!"
