"Obstacles are meant to be overcome." Milan Šádek recovering from biceps surgery

Elite Czech bodybuilder Milan Šádek confirmed that he underwent biceps surgery at the beginning of June. The unpleasant injury happened unexpectedly during a move. However, the well-known athlete faced the situation head-on and immediately informed his fans about his condition on social media.

Directly from his hospital bed, he said:

"At 6pm they stitched my torn biceps. I tore it off on Tuesday while moving... and now it's stitched."

He also thanked the staff at the Central Military Hospital in Prague for their care and shared a very personal and positive detail of the event:

"My best friend operated on me, which makes me feel all the more positive about the outcome of the operation."

Despite the enforced break and the pain, Šádek is not losing his optimism and is already looking ahead. He plans to carefully document the entire comeback process to share his experience and inspire others.

"I have everything documented on video, where I will also show life with my left arm and the gradual return to training and competition,"

he promised his followers, confirming that he is preparing a detailed video blog.

He ended his message with a clear message that captures his fighting spirit:

"Obstacles are meant to be overcome. Keep your drumsticks on."
