Bodybuilder Milan Šádek was a guest of Radiožurnal Sport

Milan Šádek is a Czech professional bodybuilder who has been sponsored by Amix Nutrition for many years.

The last time we saw him on the competition podium was during the 2022 season, when he competed in Italy at the Tsunami Cup 2022, in Prague at the EVLS Prague Pro 2022, in Romania at the Wings of Strength Romania Muscle Fest Pro 2022 () and in Chapel Region at the Bigman Weekend Pro 2022.

Although Milan started his preparation for the autumn part of this season, which was supposed to culminate in front of the home crowd at EVLS Prague Pro 2023, he unfortunately did not finish it. The reason for this was that Milan felt that he was not giving his all to his preparation, and he was sure that this would also reflect on his form. The results would have been very far from the expectations placed on him.

However, he will already start his preparation for the spring part of the 2024 competition season at the beginning of the coming year.

Milan Šádek himself will tell us more, as he was recently a guest on Kateřina Neumanová's Friday Finish on the Radiožurnál Sport website.
