"Not bad for a fat guy." Hafþór Júlíus Björnsson showed his current form at 177kg

Hafthor Bjornsson is widely regarded as one of the best strongmen and strongmen of all time. He emerged from Europe in early 2010 as a promising strongman. Since then, Bjornsson has racked up 30 international victories during his decade-long career. These include the prestigious title of World's Strongest Man (2018) and several world records.

Currently, Thor is preparing for a truly spectacular feat as he aims to squat 500kg later this year. Bjornsson recently showed off a 380kg (837.7lb) squat on Instagram, using only knee pads and a belt. Obviously, his body weight has to be commensurate with the performance this Icelandic man wants to give, which is why he currently weighs 177kg. Despite his great weight, Bjornsson still looks great.
