Nick Walker reacts to his win at NY PRO 2024: "What I say, I do!"

The past weekend was marked by one of the most prestigious competitions of the bodybuilding season - New York PRO 2024, which was finally dominated by the quite sovereign Nick Walker. He returned to the stage after an injury, which even caused him to lose his participation in Mr. Olympia, and since he didn't want to wait for a special invitation, he announced in advance that we would see him at NY PRO. How does he react to his win after the competition?

One of the best bodybuilders of today talked about his feelings in a conversation with Bob Cicherill, Terrick El Guindi and Chris Cormier. And although he only beat second-placed Martin Fitzwater by a single point, the confident Nick certainly wasn't lacking.

"That's what I do. When I say I'm going to do something, I do it. I haven't failed at it yet and I don't plan to. And I like getting people involved - that's what they're there for. You have to put on a show for the fans and get them involved. They have fun and the more they have fun, the more I have fun and that makes for a great show," Mutant said.

The legendary Chris Cormier also commented on the event and shared his impression of the competition:

"It was a close fight. But I thought Nick would win because he had the most muscle on him. And to get the crowd involved like that - that's art. I was into it too and it was amazing to see how he could work it."

Experienced judge Terrick El Guindy added his opinion at the end, even noting that Nick Walker could beat both Derek Lunsford and Hadi Choopan in side poses. And it was these two athletes who were ahead of Nick at the last Olympia he attended. So it's already clear beyond measure that this year's Olympia is definitely going to bring a very attractive fight to the audience. And we're already curious to see how it all plays out.
