Mr. Olympia aspirants Lunsford, Choopan and Dauda train chest 4 weeks before Olympia Weekend 2024

We are just over two weeks away from the biggest professional bodybuilding event of the year, the Mr. Olympia competition.
It is scheduled for October 11 and 12, and the venue is the city of never-ending entertainment and spectacular casinos of Las Vegas. The Olympia has been held here since 1999, with the exception of 2020, 2021 ( during which Mamdouh "Big Ramy" Elssbiay reigned as the professional bodybuilder) and 2023, when Derek Lunsford took the title. In those years, Orlando, Florida, was the host of this spectacular show.

Like every year, this year there are several fighters who can become the kings of professional bodybuilding.

This year, three names are mentioned most often, namely Derek Lunsford, the reigning title holder, Hadi Choopan, who was unbeatable a year earlier, during Mr. Olympia 2022 (), and Samson Dauda, the champion of the EVLS Prague Pro 2023.

Below, we can take a look at these three names via videos that were made during their chest workouts.

Hadi Choopan, who has been in the US for some time now thanks to a timely processed and approved visa, met up with his teammate Derek Lunsford to get some training in the form of the FST-7 system under the guidance of coach Hany Rambod.

We can watch the said training, which took place four weeks before their fight, through the following video.

Samson Dauda was also planning to train the same game, and even around the same period. He will surely want to not only torment the above mentioned fighters enough, but also to steal the title for the best bodybuilder in the world from them.
