Mr. Olympia 2023's fifth man, Andrew Chinedu, training with Kai Green

Mr. Olympia 2023 fifth man Andrew Chinedu in training with Kai Greene. Nigerian professional bodybuilder Adrew Chinedu managed to take a great fifth place at this year's Mr. Olympia competition. For this member of the BSN sponsored athletes, it was only his second start at this spectacular competition.

If the competition had been held according to the qualification rules that were still in place until last season, Andrew would have been assured of a start at the next Olympia as the Top 5 automatically qualified.

However, since those rules have changed this season, and only the top three qualify for the next Olympia, Andrew must fight again to be eligible for Mr. Olympia 2024. However, as he has already proved, this should not be a major problem for him.

Below we offer you a video of Andrew training his hamstrings and glutes in the company of one of the best bodybuilders in history, three-time silver medalist at the 2012, 2013 and 2014 Mr. Olympia and three-time Arnold Classic winner in 2021, 2011 and 2016 Kai Green.
