Michal "Križo" Križánek trains shoulders 3 weeks before Spanish show

Not so long ago, we offered you the form of Slovak professional bodybuilder Michal Krizanek three weeks before his first start this year, which will take place in Alicante, Spain, on June 18th at the Empro Classic 2023.

Today we have a video for you, which was also made three weeks before the aforementioned competition, and in it the Slovak colossus focuses on back training.

Nothing much is heard in the video, but that's not a bad thing at all. On the contrary, we can focus on Michal's 100% concentration on every movement, on exercising every muscle fibre, and we can also observe, albeit a bit obscured, Michal's form.

As you can see at first glance, Michal and his coach are doing everything they can to make sure he is the only favourite to win from the first moment he is on stage, and thus securing his ticket to this year's Olympia Weekend!
