Michal "Križo" Križánek at shoulder, arm and calf training 4 days before Evls Prague Pro 2023

Slovakian colossus Michal "Križo" Križánek recently achieved an outstanding result when he came in a great seventh place at the 59th edition of Mr. Olympia 2023, the rightful queen of bodybuilding competitions.

So there is no doubt at all that Michal will be a prime candidate to win this year's EVLS Prague Pro, where he will be defending last year's triumph this coming weekend!

This year, however, two really strong opponents will stand in his way of triumph. The first one will be Nathan De Asha, who couldn't attend this year's Olympia due to problems with the immigration authorities and will want to improve his mood with another victory, and then of course Samsou Dauda, who will come to Prague as the third best bodybuilder of today!
