Michal Križánek 5 weeks before Mr. Olympia 2023

Michal "Krizo" Križánek is a Slovak professional bodybuilder who belongs to the new generation of competitors. He used to compete in the IFBB Elite Pro League and is relatively new to the world bodybuilding scene. The thirty-three year old competitor made the move to the NPC in late 2021, winning the Italian Amateur Olympia 2022 with a dominant victory to earn his IFBB Pro card.

Shortly thereafter came Kriz's professional debut at the 2022 EVLS Prague Pro, where he recorded the first professional win of his career. The win earned him direct qualification for the 2022 Olympia, where the Slovak finished 12th.

During the middle of June this year, the Empro Classic 2023 competition was held in Spain, which Michal also participated in. He went to this competition with the aim to win the competition and qualify for this year's Mr. Olympia. Michal succeeded and we will see this Slovak giant again this year on the stage in Las Vegas on November 2-5.

That's where the Mr. Olympia 2023 competition will take place and in the video below you can see what Michal looks like 5 weeks before Mr. Olympia 2023!
