James Hollingshead showed his current form in the off-season

Although last year James Hollingshead thought he would qualify for Mr. Olympia 2022 by winning the Arnold Classic UK, it didn't happen as Andrew Chinedu won the event. However, the British professional bodybuilder qualified for the Olympics by winning the Tsunami Cup in Italy, which he managed to dominate.

From the first moment on the podium, it was clear as day that this contest belonged to James Hollingshead, who also figured in the first semi-final call-up. He showed incredible form and despite the fact that a number of his opponents had put on some pretty solid volume since last season, they weren't catching the favourite of the whole event at all.

At Olympia itself, James placed outside the top 15.
