Here we have the inspiring story of Yulia Viktorovna Vins, also known as Julia Vins.

Julia, who turns 27 today, has fully committed herself to working out, which has set her on a path we wouldn't have thought of at first glance. She describes her exercise as a means to boost her self-confidence and physical strength. She never planned to become a professional bodybuilder; in the beginning, her only goal was to open a jar without anyone else's help. And she achieved this simple goal in just one year.

Julia Vins has become a worldwide phenomenon in the field of weightlifting and recently confidently declared:

"I chose my path. It's everyone's right and I can look however I want."

Her family always stood by her and never hindered her efforts. Her physical condition is absolutely breathtaking. She can lift loads of up to 180 kilograms at deadlift, a feat that many men in gyms fail to achieve. Julia Vins clearly shows us that women can also be strong and full of confidence.

She also hopes that her story will be a motivation for other girls who want to follow their dreams and don't want to be discouraged by prejudice.

However, one issue that worries Julia is finding a stable partner.

"I don't really understand what guys think. They don't just have to look good and have their security at home. We women also want to live, look good, exercise and have confidence. It seems to me that the better I look, the more men fight me. A lot of times they just don't give that I have a better figure than them. And then there's jealousy. I wonder if I'll meet the right guy. I don't really believe it."
