Honza Turek showed his form six weeks before the competition start

The Europa Pro competition, held on 17 September in Alicante, Spain, was supposed to be the first competition this year, where Czech professional bodybuilder and Extrifit team member Honza Turek is going to present himself.

However, as can be seen from his latest Instagram post, he has decided to change his plans a little bit and will put on his competition swimwear a week earlier, on September 10, as part of the Flex Weekend Pro competition hosted by Milan, Italy.

The mentioned IG post offered his form six weeks before the start of the above mentioned competition, and Honza adds to the pictures that his current weight is a very respectable 126.5 kilograms.

Apart from the photos, which are of course attached to the article, you can also check out Honza's video blog, in which he not only mentions that the competition plans have indeed changed, and he will be starting a week earlier than originally planned, but also talks about the fact that the goal withcoach Tomas Bures is to bring much sharper legs to the podium, or he also reveals that he is currently not cutting back on his carbohydrate intake yet, but is constantly trying to increase his output by increasing his physical activity.
