Honza Turek at foot training with Tomas Bures

Czech professional bodybuilder Honza Turek is eleven weeks away from his first competitive start of this season, which will be the Europa Pro 2023 held on 17 September in Alicante, Spain.

In the next 14 days he will be in Reno, USA, where he will take part in the Legion Sports Fest Pro 2023, followed by a start on the domestic scene in about a month and a half at the next edition of the EVLS Prague Pro.

The Extrifit team member has been preparing for some time under the tutelage of Tomáš Bures, who is one of the most sought after and respected coaches on the domestic scene.

And it is with Tomáš that Honza will have his foot training on Thursdays for the next few weeks, and as he says, he will certainly suffer during it. Tomáš will force him to leave his comfort zone and change his approach to training this muscle part.
