Honza Turek 5 days before Flex Weekend Pro 2023 - interview and training

This Sunday, September 10, the Flex Weekend Pro 2023 competition will take place in Milan, Italy, featuring two dozen professional bodybuilders, including Czech fighter and Extrifit team member Honza Turek.

And it is Honz who we will focus on in this article, where you will not only find photos documenting his form five days before the competition, but we will also offer you his chest and triceps training, which also took place five days before he entered the stage.

At the same time, an interview was also conducted in which Honza was interviewed by Pavel Vacek, PR manager of Extrifit.

In the interview we learn not only which fighters Honza considers to be the biggest favourites of the competition, but also how he relaxes, that he bought a new car, or that he managed to work on improving both his lower and upper limbs, and that he managed to gain some five kilograms of muscle mass.
