Hany Rambod gives Shaun Clarid a hard time at a joint training session

"The Pocket Bodybuilder", Shaun Clarida, has long been one of the best in his category and specifically in the 212lb division, as he was able to win the 212 Olympia title in 2020 and 2022. However, during the beginning of this month, Clarida decided to step up among the heavyweights in the Open division at the 2023 Arnold Classic.

Although many predicted that this competitor would surprise at the Arnold and break into the top 3, for example, it didn't happen and Clarida ended up finishing in fifth place.

However, Shaun was not disappointed with his fifth place finish and said on his social media:

It was a really significant moment in my career that I will never forget.
All I will say is... I'M BACK!"

Shaun Clarida recently joined forces with well-known bodybuilding coach Hany Rambod. The man who has helped Phil Heath, Jay Cutler, Hadi Choopan and many others become champions has offered Clarida his guidance. Using his world-renowned FST-7 training system, Rambod put Clarida through an intense chest workout.

Before any rumors start spreading, it should be pointed out that Shaun Clarida has made it very clear that he is still working with Matt Jansen.
