Fresh 52 years old and in textbook shape: Pavel Vacek gave himself a brutal birthday present

If anyone was wondering what to get Pavel Vacko for his 52nd birthday, which he is celebrating these days, he has solved it best. The well-known Czech bodybuilder and PR manager of the Extrifit brand gave himself a gift that even gym-goers a generation younger than him can envy.

A week ago, Vacek shared a picture on Instagram in which he announced that he was only a few days away from blowing out 52 candles. With self-deprecating humor, he called the number "horrible," but reality shows the opposite. The age of #over50 in his rendition looks more like peak sporting form than retirement age.

The balance sheet after Christmas: where is the damage?

The photo, taken 1.5 months after the races, was originally intended to document the "destructive mode" of Christmas and the end of the year. Paul himself self-critically reported the damage:

"More hair, a little bit of fat below the navel..."

Looking at the actual film, however, it is clear that his standards are set extremely high. Even at a bulkier stage and after a holiday full of food, he maintains sharp features, muscle separation and abs that the candy clearly hasn't compromised.
