Bronze joy and honest confession - Pavel Vacek is the third best in the world!

From the World Championships in Khobar, Saudi Arabia, came great news to the Czech Republic. Pavel Vacek won a bronze medal in a tough competition. Although... as he admitted immediately after the race, he has mixed feelings.

The original plan was clear - an attack on the highest ranks. Vacek wrote on his Instagram without hesitation that he left with bigger ambitions, so there was a slight disappointment at first. On the other hand, he acknowledged the quality of his opponents. Seeing the form of the other competitors and the level of competition right on the podium, he takes third place with all ten hands.

But the top preparation in bodybuilding is not only about hard work in the gym, it is often the closest surroundings that take it the most. That's why Pavel didn't forget to send a touching message home to his "girls". He thanked them for sticking with him through the tough regime and nerves. He then lightened the whole situation with his own humour when he wrote that they now had "thethird most muscular 50-year-old in the world" at home.

And that's a title that definitely counts. Congratulations!
