Derek Lunsford will be unbeatable at Olympia!

American professional bodybuilder Derek Lunsford is not only the reigning Mr. Olympia title holder, but also the winner of the 212 Olympia competition in 2021. He is the first bodybuilder ever to win both of these top competitions!

Derek was very vocal back in 2018 when he finished second to 212lb division legend James "Flex" Lewis at the Olympia 212 Showdown ().

Then when James didn't compete at the following year's event, there was talk of Derek as the clear new king of the under 212lb division. However, Derek failed to live up to the expectations many had for him and the title was then taken from him by Kamal Elgargni.

Then, when he dropped all the way down to 4th place in 2020, he was written off by many. However, he didn't give up, and in 2021, as we mentioned above, he really did manage to dominate the 212lb division!

The very next year, he was among the heavyweights in the open division at Mr. Olympia, where he was only no match for Hadi Choopan, and took a great 2nd place finish!

Last year, the Mr. Olympia title was already a reality, and Derek proved that he is one of the best that the current professional bodybuilding scene has to offer!

Derek has recently undergone thigh and chest training under the supervision of his trainer Hany Rambod. At the end of the workout he then showed Hany some basic poses. As you can see for yourself through the attached video, Derek will be really hard to beat!
